Dr. Nyla is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine with advanced training in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and biomedical diagnostics. Her background includes apprenticeship training in indigenous herbal medicine, bringing a rare depth of perspective to her practice.
She believes that healing happens when people feel safe — and she's built AMMA around that. Her approach is trauma-informed and attentive to the role that chronic stress and unresolved patterns play in physical health. Whether you're navigating something medical or something harder to name, you'll be met with care that goes beyond the surface.
